Rev. James De Biasio
Founder & Spiritual Advisor
Rev. De Biasio, a gifted speaker, medium and psychic, is the Founder of the ISD and the Spiritual Advisor for all of the ISD chapters Nationwide. The first Institute for Spiritual Development was founded in October, 1976 in Sparta, N.J.
Rev. John Drinkard
Director & Spiritual Advisor
John has been practicing energy healing for over 20 years beginning with Shamanism, then moving into Eden, Matrix, and Reiki. He specializes in Trauma Recovery using EFT and Somatic Experiencing. John is a certified Interspiritual Counselor. He uses his broad education and many gifts including his expertise with Runes and Tarot in his psychic readings.
Rev. Kathy Kerston
Spiritual Advisor
Kathy is an International Astrologer, writer, teacher, hypnotherapist and inspired speaker. She has served the ISD Sparta as it's Spiritual Advisor and Director for over 30 years before retiring in October of 2022. Kathy lectures and conducts workshops on varied metaphysical subjects, including: Treasure Mapping; "EFT"- Emotional Freedom Technique; and Astrology.
Rev. Norma Victor
Ministerial Program
Norma has been a member of the ISD for over 40 years and a devout student and teacher of Metaphysics. Norma is a gifted Trance Channel and has the ability to allow Spirit to speak though her directly via her guides as well as elevated spirits. She is involved with creating the direction and curriculum of the ISD Ministerial program.
Rev. Anna Marie Ludwig
Gift Shop Coordinator
Anna Marie is a medium who combines her talents of medium-ship and Tarot for an in-depth look at the future. With over 30 years experience, she brings her own unique blend of wisdom and knowledge to an ancient art. In addition to running the Gift Shop, she is also a creative force in the day to day operations of the ISD

Rev Karen Rose is an accomplished Evidential Medium who teaches and demonstrates her craft throughout the United States, Her greatest Joy is to connect people with their loved ones in Spirit, bringing accurate, specific information and heartfelt messages from them. Karen has been a long time member of the ISD and has served in many capacities.
