This class is about the process of developing your mind, your attitudes, and your consciousness to the realization that being spiritual is not separate from the activities of your life, but is part and parcel of it. It seeks to help you develop an awareness of your thinking habits and the habitual actions that facilitate or hinder your full enjoyment of life and the development of happiness, love, and prosperity.
