Dalien (aka 13hands) went through a very humbling journey managing severe inflammatory health issues in the form of the de-habilitating symptoms of Crohns/Colitis and other related endocrine challenges that sidelined him in his 20’s. He is eternally in gratitude to the journey of finding great teachers, educators, western/eastern medicine professionals and healers that kept him on this never-ending path.
