Welcome to the Enneagram
The Enneagram is a tool to use to help study human nature. Ennea means nine and gram is types. The premise is that the world is divided into nine personality types with nine points of view, nine value systems, nine ways of being in the world. Each manifests its own set of attitudes and behaviors, reactions and defenses, and motivations and habits

This class is designed to help you discover your type. Then we will explore what type you go to when you are stressed and where to go to assist you in actualizing yourself.

There will be six sessions and these will be devoted to different aspects of each type to have you begin your exploration of yourself and others.
